During the summer, the group travels to a popular tourist destination to perform in front of an audience from around the courntry and around the world! In the past, we've performed at Walt Disney World, Busch Gardens Tampa, Opryland, Six Flags, Cozumel, Mexico, Universal Studios, and aboard the Britanis Cruise Ship! The Young Americans is a GREAT experience for any young person who likes performing! It gives real-life experience in rehearsals, costuming, singing, dancing, and most important, actually performing on stage before a live audience. And the experience of performing for major audiences like those at Walt Disney World is unlike any other opportunity imaginable. The next Young American auditions will be held in May of 2011. Watch for times and dates.
Congratulations Young Americans! Young American auditions were held September 18th, 2009. Over 75 area performers from Northwest Indiana and Illinois auditioned. We are so proud of those selected!! This year's Young Americans were invited to perform on a Royal Caribbean Cruise and at Walt Disney World. The 2009-2010 Young Americans are:

The Young Americans perform an energetic, family style song and dance show that we take to area hospitals, nursing homes, civic and business groups, churches, and anyone else who wants to see terrific live entertainment!
